Before opening the app, run the free installer once.
It sets up Python, FFmpeg, and everything else automatically.
When first opening either file, macOS may say it can't verify the app.
1. Click Done on the warning
2. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
3. Click Open Anyway — only needed once.
